Effect: Assembles and charges a high amount of kido in the user's fist. From here on, it's just a matter of hitting the enemy. The blastwave can be fired from a distance, but for optimal damage, one should hit the enemy directly. The effect of the spell would be the same as being hit by a lesser truck, however the spell's power will vary depending on the user.
